গত শনিবার (১৭ জুন) রাতে ঢাকা ও চট্টগ্রাম বিভাগে সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে সহকারী শিক্ষক নিয়োগের
জন্য এক নতুন বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করা করেছে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তর।
বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে আগ্রহী প্রার্থীদের আগামী ২৪ জুন থেকে ৮ জুলাইয়ের মধ্যে অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে বলা হয়েছে
http://dpe.teletalk.com.bd ওয়েবসাইটে আবেদনের তথ্যাদি পাওয়া যাবে।
আগামী ১৪ এপ্রিলের মধ্যে ন্যূনতম ও সর্বোচ্চ বয়স হতে হবে ২১-৩০ বছর। আর মুক্তিযোদ্ধার সন্তান ও শারীরিক প্রতিবন্ধী আবেদনকারীদের ক্ষেত্রে ন্যূনতম ও সর্বোচ্চ বয়স হবে ২১-৩২ বছর।
আবেদন ফি ২০০ টাকা ও টেলিটকের সার্ভিস চার্জ হিসেবে ২০ টাকা কেটে নেওয়া হবে।
প্রাথমিক ও গণশিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয় কেন্দ্রীয়ভাবে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষক নিয়োগের জট কমাতে বিভাগগুলোকে ক্লাস্টারে ভাগ করে নিয়োগ দেওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে ।
এরই পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে গত ২৮ ফেব্রুয়ারি রংপুর, সিলেট এবং বরিশাল বিভাগের ক্লাস্টারের বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তর। এরপর ২২ মার্চ রাজশাহী, খুলনা ও ময়মনসিংহ বিভাগের বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করা হয়।
প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তর জানায়, সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে আমাদের প্রায় চার লাখ চার হাজার সহকারী শিক্ষক রয়েছে। প্রতিবছর প্রায় ছয় হাজারের কাছাকাছি শিক্ষক অবসরে যান। ২০২০ সালের বিজ্ঞপ্তি দিয়ে ২০২২ সালে ৩৭ হাজার ৫৭৪ জনকে নিয়োগ দিতে দুই বছর সময় লেগেছে। ক্লাস্টার বা বিভাগভিত্তিক নিয়োগ দিতে পারলে ছয় মাসের মধ্যে নিয়োগ দেওয়া যাবে বলে মনে করছে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তর।
Publication of primary teacher recruitment circular
Last Saturday (June 17) night, the Directorate of Primary Education has published a new notification for the recruitment of assistant teachers in government primary schools in Dhaka and Chittagong divisions.
Interested candidates are asked to apply online between 24th June and 8th July. Application information available at http://dpe.teletalk.com.bd website.
Minimum and maximum age should be 21-30 years by April 14. And in case of children of freedom fighters and physically challenged applicants, the minimum and maximum age will be 21-32 years.
Application fee of Tk 200 and teletalk service charge of Tk 20 will be deducted.
The Ministry of Primary and Mass Education has decided to divide the departments into clusters to reduce the confusion of recruitment of primary teachers centrally.
In this context, on February 28, the Directorate of Primary Education published the notification of the clusters of Rangpur, Sylhet and Barisal divisions. Then on March 22, the notification of Rajshahi, Khulna and Mymensingh divisions was published.
According to the Directorate of Primary Education, we have about four lakh four thousand assistant teachers in government primary schools. Around 6,000 teachers retire every year. It took two years to recruit 37 thousand 574 people in 2022 with 2020 notification. The Directorate of Primary Education believes that if cluster or departmental recruitment can be done, recruitment can be done within six months.
